When you submit an inquiry through the Website contact form, we may collect:

The Website currently does not use analytics services, advertising pixels, session-replay software, chat tools, or behavioral-advertising technologies, and it does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may nevertheless receive limited information ordinarily transmitted when a person visits a website, such as an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, date and time of access, requested pages or files, referring page, and security or diagnostic information.

C. Categories of Personal Information Collected During the Preceding 12 Months

The following chart describes the categories of personal information we may have collected during the preceding 12 months, the sources of that information, the purposes for which it was used, and the categories of recipients to whom it may have been disclosed for a business purpose. The examples are illustrative and do not mean that we collect every listed item about every individual.

The Website uses FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-processing provider. When you submit the contact form, the information entered into the form is transmitted to FormSubmit.co, which forwards the submission to our designated email inbox. FormSubmit.co may also process limited technical information needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot its service.

We encourage you to review FormSubmit.co’s privacy terms before submitting information. We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to use it only for specified purposes and to provide protections required by applicable law, to the extent applicable.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for business purposes:

• Service providers and contractors, including providers of contact-form processing, website hosting, email, information technology, cybersecurity, logistics, accounting, insurance, and professional services;

During the preceding 12 months, Osamu has not sold personal information and has not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Osamu does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, we do not presently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices and opt-out mechanisms required by law, including recognition of applicable opt-out preference signals.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require providing a right to limit under the CCPA. If our practices change, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law.

The Website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session-replay software, chat tools, or similar behavioral-tracking technologies. Font files are self-hosted and served from our own domain. The Website also uses inline structured-data code for search-engine optimization; this code does not load external resources or set cookies.

Our practices may change if we add new website features or technologies. We will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notice or choice before using personal information for materially different purposes.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Website does not currently respond to them in a standardized manner. The Website does not currently engage in cross-site behavioral tracking.

The CCPA also recognizes browser-based opt-out preference signals for businesses that sell or share personal information. Because Osamu does not currently sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing to which such a signal would apply. If our practices change, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals as required by law.

No website, email system, or Internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please describe your request with enough detail for us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. We will use information provided for verification only for that purpose and will not retain it longer than necessary. We generally will not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, as permitted by law.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent has permission to act for you and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us, unless the agent has a valid power of attorney under California law.

We will confirm receipt and respond within the time required by applicable law. We are not required to provide certain information more than twice within a 12-month period.

Osamu does not currently offer a financial incentive or price or service difference in exchange for the collection, sale, or retention of personal information. If we offer such a program in the future, we will provide a notice describing the material terms and obtain any consent required by law.

The Website is intended for business and general informational purposes and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
